Some people will, some wont.

Generally speaking, I think tech like this stuff and social media have lowered the barrier to entry, allowing people to take risks they dont fully understand, whether wholesaling. flipping, lending, etc.

If you like impacting the nation by providing affordable housing you can really put people in houses here.

A lot of people tend to overcomplicate it.

Stop hanging out with your deadbeat buddies who spend all day drinking, talking sports, and otherwise wasting away.

As other people mentioned the areas do change pretty quickly. 

When I come back maybe 2 or 3 years ago, I noticed a lot of people here on BP are talking about syndication too.

Mentioning unique perks like 'Game Room,' 'Lake View,' or 'Pet-Friendly' can really draw people in.

I'd like to find honest people who are not going to rip me off.
