Hey Devin, in my opinion you don't need a property manager for your bookings if you've got the automation in place to handle bookings and tenant questions.

Getting a Real Estate VA is one of the trends nowadays, but do you think it's still worth it? What tasks would you have them do if you were to hire one?

I'd love to hear your opinions and feedback and other software you use.

I personally feel it's more bad than good, but others will have a different opinion and it probably depends on your market and skills as a manager.

In my opinion, Baldwin County is probably your best bet if you are looking for long term renters instead of yearly turnover.

A couple of them are big time investors these days with over 40 houses each and have moved up to STRs and commercial properties.Find someone that will share their opinions and suggestions and it'll help keep you motivated to get through the starting period. 

It would be great to leverage it, but that is my opinion.

I guess that'll be a big upfront expense, to save on $200-300/month savingsHonestly the cost, time, and work required wouldn't be worthwhile in my opinion.
