@Jessica Seppo,Many people take the cost of an LLC and funnel it towards more insurance and an umbrella policy.

Look at their finishes and what they offer guests, use that as your baseline, then improve upon it.

For the price, the property has a lot to offer.

I heard when you're young, it's the best time to take risks, at job that might pay less, but offers knowledge, experience, and growth.

I currently struggle with knowing the right offer price for the homeowner and having the right assignment agreement for Az.

We walk it, get the reno budget in 10 min, make the offer, close.

The usual way, but not the right way, to try to buy a rental is by finding a property on the MLS, where agents congregate, make an offer and then try to get financing to buy the property.

However short contract period allows you to pursue other avenues to sell if the wholesaler can't execute on the terms they offered.
