@Daniel ChihBetter to be patient and do it correctly and be an investor for a long time, than to be impatient and have your first deal be a killer that ends your journey before it really gets momentum.

Hello, I’m in memphis, TN and I just started the process of becoming a wholesaler and I wanted to see if anyone had any advice on how to get some momentum with limited capital to work with to find first deal?

It just took so long to get to the point of almost having a deal, that I don't want to just keep reading and learning without taking action for however much longer it takes to get the momentum back. 

I have so much momentum after educating myself in real estate investing and joining BiggerPockets and I'm so afraid to lose it.

So I'm trying to get going with wholesaling properties to gain momentum and build capital for my real estate business.

If I can start researching based on those fundamentals, I think I can get unstuck and get my momentum going again.

When we started years ago, I couldn't see momentum. 

I am trying to be patient with my situation and  continue chipping away until I build some momentum but sometimes I wonder If I am putting my focus in the right areas.
