Buy up a bunch of old RVs, rent them to workers, and drive around with a honey dipper truck emptying the tanks for them.

Most don’t realize but the amount of vibration from a large truck / tractor trailer is significantly greater than most construction equipments as we have had to put vibration monitors in homes on many occasions

For reference i think there was ~60 trusses in that roof, with 7 or 8 having visible burn signs, and we had to replace all the trusses… which means all of the ceiling Sheetrock , attic insulation , sheathing , finish roofing, fascia and soffits… also isn’t there water damage from a fire truck?

Buy a truck for your daily driver, load it with empty gas cans and stock your garage with premium gas every time you have a chance to pick some up so your Lambo is ready to go on a moment’s notice 😁.

Do you need a truck to haul things? 

My current role is IT focused, In previous lives I was a carpenter, carpet installer, flood and fire restoration, long haul truck driver, waiter, garbage man, bus boy, and just about every other job you can think of.

There was a 24 hour plumbing service truck in the driveway on 8/8/2014 :) There seems to be a stigma with this type & age home, ie ~10 years old, foreclosed on, etc...It's been my personal experience that home buyers in the Lexington area seem to now have much higher standards, especially first time buyers.
