Ideally 3 plus multi-family units or small apartment blocks.Can anyone recommend areas which they believe have the most short to medium term potential for rental growth and capital appreciation.

Just wanted to give an update on where I've been and what I'm doing now.About 3 years ago I started doing acquisition heavily for a few medium size investors.

Currently, rather than focus on how to leverage what I believe is the inevitable legalization, much of the emphasis from community and civic leaders is on developing the tourist industry, while trying to bring in light-medium industry and better utilize the harbor.

Looking for recommendations for medium-to-high level handyman to make property rent-ready.  

We just bought a medium sized multi-unit (64 units) and it was all based on income, i.e. what it brought in every month vs. it's expenses.

I do not own a park, but I own quite a few mobile homes in parks, and I'm fully capable of operating a medium size(50-100+) lot park.I have a couple of guys who are interested in a JV. 

Big value if your only goal is work for a property management firm.If you want to learn a little about property management and real estate in general, find a medium sized real estate investor who has a property management division.

It made me wonder though, is this kind of response/ non response typical with Contractors (small, medium or large operations) in other areas or am I alone in my experience?

Are they high interest debts (6%+), medium interest (4-6%), or low interest (0-4%)?

Expect to kill at least one medium sized tree.
