I understand the process varies with each outfit but that's what works best for us. 

why folks don't start with a license course always astounds me they can get paid to learn instead of paying to learn.. when I was funding 100 plus deals a year in Orlando for the big turn key out fit there.. the deals all came through a licensed wholesaler called Altura .. 

LA based investor ( most were or Bay ARea)  would get with turnkey out fit.2.

Not to discredit the agent, but I think he picked up this seller (who has shown a willingness to hire fly-by-night outfits) through a broad marketing campaign and doesn't know what he's gotten into.

I've had a couple of tenants who had some sort of obsession with laundry and would do every outfit separately!

Most qualified PMs want a full time position so it will be hard for you to employee them on house by house basis unless they are sub and work for other outfits as well.

Especially if you're considering a property being marketed by an agent or non-full-service 'turnkey' outfit (quotations because I don't really consider anything other than full service TK to be TK, but people throw the term around a lot).

There are outfits in every market with the ability to reach them all, and they do.Driving for dollars?
