The only inssue is that i have not found many people in the area that have done it and would like to ask if any one here has done ADU's in Orange County or Long Beach and has it been worth it for you .

In terms of your question about owner disbursements, I believe all the Columbus ones I know of disburse at the end of the month.

the majority of even my national users are looking to keep cash in reserve and as such are looking to landlords to finance that TIA as additional rent at a return premium and then that extra rent bakes off in whatever term is negotiated.
