Great credit score 793 and the local bank (who I thought would give me the best rate) came back at WSJ (7.50) plus 1.65.

It's always going to be easy to look back and wish you would've invested in year X.100%!!

These types of schemes and the other is its better to get principal and interest back on a loan than interest only because of velocity of cash flow is signifcantly better

That doesn't mean that they won't go back and re-write it to work.So, get with the city (cities) and see where you can actually have a STR.
