If you do an internet search, you'll probably find warnings about refinancing around a 1031 exchange. 

When you start opening up old houses you'll find problems that need to be addressed if you want to deliver a high-quality product to the end user.

I really can't find any written information on the internet or otherwise that gives an overview of exactly what an MTN is and how money is made from dealing with them.

It only takes seconds and is very user friendly.What these scammers are doing is copying your ad with their phone number.

That way you can turn around and do a sale lease back on the building, recapture your capitol and execute essentially a BRRRR  with your own business and property.Generally though many properties that will be the ideal locations for a restaurant will likely not be available for sale, they tend to be ideal single tenant free standing buildings that are quite desirable and have many end users that would be interested.Something you don't want to do in this situation is to make sacrifices on the location/market of your restaurant just to purchase the property. 

It i snot that internet results in no results when they look for you.

Not sure if the answer isa) nothing I can do about it, b) put a wireless water meter to help detect leaks on it (how does this work for a rental where the internet is theirs?)
