I've been watching my local rental and housing market closely over the last 6 months (btwn Den and CS) and can't help but get the impression that there may just be a temporary investor/rental glut at this time.

I was under the impression I'd only have UBIT for financing. 

I am getting the impression that there is some information that my agent is trying to get through my thick skull but it just isn't registering.  

Also, I am impressed with how hard you are working on the down payment and thinking things through. 

Beyond those questions, I was under the impression that to rent to Section 8 tenants my property had to qualify for Section 8.

Just out of curiosity, what gave the impression that I am poor, I want to get rich quick, and the funds I am using are emergency funds?

The Eastmark neighborhood east of the San Tan 202 and the Phoenix Mesa Gateway Airport is seeing some impressive growth; they just opened two new schools.We are also hearing reports of some potential new jobs in Tech and Manufacturing coming south of the Valley in Casa Grande and Coolidge. 

Very impressive business.  

I was under the impression that any borrowed money wouldn’t qualify as “cash only.” 

How connected and responsive the community is has been impressive to say the least.
