Since you said you are immersing yourself in books and podcast I highly recommend two books.

My initial goals are getting my feet wet in this business, and although reading all about it (also a book nerd, fair warning) and getting an education is super important, I also know that immersing myself into the day-to-day investing life is what will really be the guidance that I need.

I would suggest that you immerse yourself into every podcast you can find related to real estate coaching, but highly recommend LabCoat agents, Hyperfast Agent, F.I.R.E.D up by Krista Mashore, Ricky Carruth and Bryan Cassella's Supreme Being.
