Would this help or hinder the process of flipping?

This really hinders me from renting out my place and house hacking the next property, which has hurt my growth potential. 

So many questions go through your head that can often create limiting beliefs and hinder your progress.I don’t have enough experience.I don’t have enough capital.I don’t know any other Multifamily real estate investors.Why would someone give ME $100k to invest in a deal?

I thought making those disclosures using direct mail was going to hinder my response rate.

I agree that the media negative on investors and "flipping" does in deed cause harm to our bottom lines through new government rules, laws, regulations, hinderences, etc. and it is important that we do have a "voice".

However that's hindered by non equity sellers.   

The maintaining a "credit history" so that I wont be hindered in the future if I were to get a new loan is a concern.  

Consistently switching strategies, such as from Facebook leads to cold calling, restarts the learning curve, and hinders your progress.

For my part, I grew up without a lot of money, but my family situation was really nothing like that of most of my tenants, and it really does hinder me in understanding my tenants' mindsets, and how and why they do things.Thanks James and Mark
