Caulk everything properly and your done for less than $1000k.While your at it paint the entire bathroom with a high quality semi-gloss paint so that the drywall wont absorb moisture (1st line of defense) and its MUCH easier to keep clean.Chris.

Mold removal-  one of the renter did not turn on the AC for several months at the mold mitigation people go in today they said due to the moisture mold is growing in the ceiling. what is a good way to move, mold without breaking the bank .  sprayed with water and peroxide, wipe down.   they’re asking for $4000 to use their service.
