You just have to be firm on the issues and with any rules fairly enforce.  

I know our firm starts to modify standard emails and calendaring features we send to clients right around the 2nd week of October every year to address this very issue.

There's some sort of 2% tax cap in NJ, but it's not really firm.  

Understand, most brokers are getting only 10-30% of the commission to their firms, which is just the nature of the business these days.

They have wholesale properties for sale and their sister company is a property management firm called Harrisburg Property Management.
