Charles line, garden district, up in the Marigny / south 7th ward, etc.

I'd contact a District Attorney or go straight to your state Attorney General - especially with the money concerns.

If they also fail to check out the school district, commute, or whatever else, then it's not my fault or problem.

It varies by by city and school district too.  

Go to the County Appraisal District website for the county the homes are in and do the search with the addresses you find.

I plan to attend an REIA meeting this week, actually a few, and have started building relationships with people from my county in the appraisal district and banks.

Geo Tan,  The actual act of living there would produce a copius amount of documentation including - mail, utility bills, drivers license and voter registration, school district registration, pictures of family bar b ques,  affadavits from the paper route boy,  etc etc.
