I am not currently using a property manager, so any other extra insulating layer that I can get is useful to me.  

The property is 3B1B and I plan to add an extra bathroom it 3B2B.

I've been focusing on residentials and hoping to use the proceeds from there as extra income to invest more.

I started with Guesty for Host (non-pro version) and transitioned to Hostaway and now we are with Hostaway for over a year and half and no complaints.

But I will say I am and going to be extra conservative going forward.

So technically half the price if you can split the cost with someone.

The other half is related to personal experience with too much/not enough water, excessive heat or smoke from fires.Migration trends seem to be generational and move/change at a glacial pace.

However the town is fighting it and half the town prefer it to stay an idyllic river getaway in the Western Catskills which I understand . 

Just keep it in your personal name and get extra liability on your insurance.
