Does anyone have any experience with any of these platforms?

This consist of having a good agent preferably one that works with and has investor experience.

My friend all it takes is a bad apple. if you are asking, you are lucky you have not gone through a bad experience-Evicion. 

I know I can't be the only one who has had this setup before, so I am just looking for thoughts, advice, experience, etc.

I can see the OP giving this a shot.. but it is risky he could end up making a few bucks and getting experience might just break even or he could take a loss.. that margin is very thin in markets that are not selling as soon as you get CO  thats been one reason we have been profitable very few homes have been carried past CO so financing cost are at a minimum.. you hold a spec home 6 months past Co and every month your losing money you will not recover.

I backed up, regrouped and went smaller to gain more experience. 

🤔Here are a few qualities that, in my experience, separate the good ones from the great ones:1.

Our team buys the properties and converts them and manages them so it has been a great learning experience seeing all three phases from taking down a project, renovating the building then managing the lease up.

As mentioned in the title, I'm new to real estate investing I'm wondering if there's anyone out there with experience with the co-living strategy using pressurized walls in Las Vegas.
