Was the property completely renovated or will it need new roof and windows and HVAC system in 3 years?

I have a section 8 applicant who has submitted an application, and we are waiting on the city of Joliet to inspect our property.

I have bank of America and Penfed as options.

I use excel , but many times I forget to add any expenses and then it messes up the calculations.How do experienced people do it ? 

I've recieved many quotes and preapprovals and they came back with the most competitive rate and terms for what we are looking to do.

In 2025 we started actively looking at listings, wholesaler deals, and driving for dollars.

Hey @Justin Brown, what @John Underwood said is spot on.SLC has been restricting STRs for a long while now and it isn't going to get better.People who have STRs in areas where they are not allowed are breaking the law and will eventually pay the price.Having said that, you should check and see if there are certain areas where it is allowed in some way and that is why they exist there.

Its was initially a very suburban location which over the years has become prime to many shops, restaurants, schools and IT companies.
