The meaningful relationships are earned by being a trusted advisor  who provides accurate information even if it means your client will be less competitive on that particular opportunity compared to the buyer who arrives at their purchase number based on bad advice.

2) Am I right in understanding that you can qualify a project by setting aside 20% of the units to be rented to people earning less than 50% of the AMI? 

There are on line marketing experts out there specializing in real estate that could create an ongoing program making an agent well known in their market and getting lots of quality leads.  

We have a business account with a local bank but we are looking at options that might be better for a real estate investment business as an LLC and that earns a higher yield.  

I've come across several products online that are basically a block with double-stick tape, but I like the tread idea on the block you have. 

I'm certain they buy a template online or pay an overseas drafts person $2000, then charge $90K for minimal work.
