I get the install for 1.50-2.00 sf range but he does a lot of work for us in apartments as well putting down vinyl so I'm sure he is cutting us a break.  2-4 is a good number to use.When selecting your LVP I suggest looking for flooring that is durable enough to be considered scratch-resistant flooring and certified as low-VOC flooring.

I like the durability of laminated wood flooring (fake wood), but if you use this in the whole house it will have an echo which will drive people crazy.
