Many are nurses or doctors or construction workers...not "first responders" by trade.They were told it was safe by the govt but we now know they were exposed to levels of toxins thousands of times higher than is considered safe.They overwhelmingly now suffer from many maladies.

You'll never hear a doctor or an attorney recommend that you see a certain other professional by name, well, I never have....you can become liable simply by making a specific referral much less a requirement of it.Back to the idea, you might see about note buyers and see what they want, then seller finance a deal and sell the note.

That is perfectly legitimate for investors who made their money through high paying services (Doctor, Lawyer) because as Jordon stated, there is a difference between 500k and 5MM.

I'm not sure if that's a joke or if that's serious...Just in case it's serious, the only "death panels" I currently know about are the panels of people that private insurance companies have who determine what treatments will be approved and which treatments will not be approved, independent (and often in contradiction) to what the doctors recommend.This is why health care reform is so important -- those who have a conflict of interest when it comes to life/death decisions shouldn't be involved in the decisions in the first place.

Hi John,I'm not a doctor, a lawyer, or a plumber, etc. etc.You're off to a great start.Since your assets are basically the rental itself and your own cash, it's unlikely you need an LLC for protection of assets.An umbrella policy would be a good idea, just to make sure you do have some coverage in case some dorkhead slips and falls on your property.
