That is what we use at our STR and our home with no issue.The Yale assure is a mesh device that needs a wifi bridge.

I really can not see any difference between their work and services provided by Zillow….Did anyone had any experience with local companies doing devices like that? 

I don't know anything about Thrive, but if you join a team, I would look for one that has a strong local presence and not someone that is just saying they are a team or a network and you're really left to your own devices.   

I only had one comment from a tenant about no cable, but they also weren't aware that they could reboot a device by turning it off and back on, so I take that comment with a grain of salt. 

However, there are always a handful who decide to bring cable news, device ideology and down right insulting/racist rhetoric they parrot from the pundits.

Otherwise, the walk through will be done as absentee; they need to leave all access devices on the kitchen counter along with their forwarding address.

Getting a good appraiser and an accurate (that reflects current hot market conditions and not 'comps' for a year ago in dissimilar geographic areas) is key here.
