I live on a cul-de-sac, and our neighborhood land assessed values have quite a spread. - As Josue noted if a property has had major improvements, the assessed value would reflect that; for example, pulling a permit to finish the basement requires an estimated cost.

I understand there are certain tax benefits in starting the LLC in Wyoming or Delaware, however, I am unsure if I need to create the LLC in Tennessee as this is where I will be purchasing the property.
