I called a plumber company - rotor rooter, the technician was able to get some stuffs out but not all, those stuff were a combination of tampons and wipes, while the tenants agreed to use the wipes instead of toilet paper his wife denied flushing tampons down the bathroom.

When your steering people because the percentage is not in you favor your denying someone there dream home, that’s not fair let the buyer make that judgement call.

Anyone have any experience with estate purchases that can confirm/deny the need for credit card payoff amount letters in order to close a sale on an estate property?
