Buying first property with low income.
I am a student so I don't make more than 25k a year. How do I get approved for a mortgage to get my first rental property? Will I get denied for not making enough money? Purchase price I am looking for will be 60k-80k. I have good credit, my debt to income is around 18% and will have my 3% - 5% deposit.
