I’m no economist, but I would think geographically speaking Denmark would not want its currency to become too weak relative to the rest of Europe.

@Juan RosadoShort of being able to negotiate the price much lower and/or significantly raise the rents, this deal is way too thin and could easily be derailed with a couple unforeseen or untimely expenses.If you yourself are having second thoughts at this point, paired with the projections you've provided here, is certainly enough to convince me that you're better to move on from this deal.

I tend to buy used white washer and dryer pairs off people upgrading their not broken machines or moving.

I figure there is risk in just about any investment opportunity, especially when you pair it with a recession.

Maybe its worse than we think, the rest of the world economy is suffering and US is holding things up as the go to currency.
