Diversity, to say the least!

My advice would be to consider the source when talking to others and get diverse opinions.

This way you are made whole in the event of a claim and it allows you to buy a policy at a lower rate while avoiding penalties for being underinsured.Every company and policy is different but this is an example of how diverse insurance is when it comes to investment properties.

I have spent a lot of time in the Charlotte area, and it definitely has a strong and diverse real estate market.

It is a very big, diverse field and you need to find what is the best fit for you.

So I am looking at buying out of state where I can pay $65k for a building that brings in $2k a month and diversity my strategy.  

It's very dynamic, diversed, and have 100X better weather than the Sunset or Richmond.

@Jaclyn Bays  You'll find that Columbus is like many other cities, in that there is a diversity of opportunity.
