And mostly the answer had been every year.Fix and Flip is a hard strategy due to 2 big fix and flip guys that are well established in the area and they suck up the deals really fast.The reason El Paso is condensed and hasn't spread out is due to its infrastructure.

You might consider buying spare filters, so when you go for a maintenance visit, you can just swap in a clean one and take the old one back with you to wash later.They should tilt towards the outside of the house a little bit, so the condensation drips out the back.

They create condensate and that has to be dumped somehow, so the interior wall one was a pain because the installers created a little pump scenario that would pump it out every so often (like a sump pump but smaller) and it would have been better if they figured something else out like a drain tube down the wall into the crawl space and out, or something like that.

It's very costly once the unit becomes vacate due to the security measures we take such as keeping utilities on for security system, boarding up the back & sides windows, removing furnace, hot water tank and condenser unit.
