@James Brown, just a couple comments because it looks like you did a decent job there. 1.

As I can't quite tell if the cleaner did not fully restock (I ask the cleaners to be generous with the restock), I'm leaning toward covering all the extra charges ($300 worth if I include the extra time our hot tub maintenance person had to put in to restore the tub/water) but leaving them a 3-star review, knowing they may push back in their comments. 

Came back 4 years later to comment on another posters response and see this correspondence....Not sure if you ever got back into Probates, but I've been targeting for 10 months now....Primarily through direct mail...admittedly need to implement cold calling....but looking to systemize....love to connect if you went on to pursue probates again.

The "small cash" part of your comments is also suspect.

I have noticed that some landlords spew hateful, off-topic, unhelpful comments for no reason.  

I had more than one appraiser comment that the CLV market is a declining market in their reports and when lenders see that they often cut leverage.A lender will ask for your credit, experience, and maybe liquidity. 

I've seen a lot of comments in regards to risky investments, bad management, incompetence and such.

In any case, it's great that you made those comments .
