View report*This link comes directly from our calculators, based on information input by the member who posted.Here is the facts on a past post I had put up asking what people think about remodeling a church into a rental.We are wanting to rent the whole unit for the first 2 years and then put some money to split into a upper and lower unit.currently it has a kitchen up stairs with a bathroom and two rooms. lower has 5 rooms 1.5 bathrooms and a kitchen.making for 7 bed room 2.5 bath. great down town location next to schools. have 8 more days on inspection. also might manage rental our self?

German Church, near Washington - Warren Township)Backstory: I bought a SFR in Indianapolis in November through a wholesaler and had them do a rent-ready rehab (I used the wholesaler because I didn't have a PM that I could count on to do the work).

On Thursday, March 7th, the group will meet at the Highlands Park Methodist Church at the corner of 2nd Loop and Edisto St.

The property was close to Marietta Square (behind the big church).

The areas near German Church Road are full of nice homes and more of a suburban feel.

From being a Lector (reading Scripture) in church to giving lectures on wildlife photography and cardiology equipment in front of entire auditoriums.Probably the most important suggestion I have is to be very prepared.
