I'm going to be reaching out to my broader circle of friends, classmates, etc. and was looking for advice on how best to approach them.

This is good to see, considering that the broader bond market had a tougher time.

We are now looking in the broader Tampa area and are trying to decide which areas are the best to both generate a positive cash flow and hopefully see some appreciation.We are looking for a multi-family and to stay under $150,000.

I think that getting my license would add value to my career as an investor because I will have a broader scope of things that I can actually do.

I'm a huge fan of the FHA/203k loans, it allows for a broader range of possibilities with more leverage & less money down, especially if you have a good contractor in your network.

I suppose I was looking to connect with investors familiar with the area who are knowledgeable about markets in the broader West Des Moines area. 

I am seeking more ideas other then invest in SFRs in broader DFW area.  

An in-house property management with broader scope and multi-client setup.

I don't think the market is going to "tank" like is so fresh in an our memories, it may cool off for a minute but it will continue to go up if you look at a broader spectrum of history vs the last 8 years.
