Hi @Guy Idan, like others in this tread said, is important that you "vet" the Syndicator (aka sponsor) - every component of the syndication is important (the property location and the local economic drivers, property class, the loan type, property management company, the sponsor, etc.) but I would say this is more as a bet on the jockey than on the horse.

They claim to work with several banks, investors etc. their website platform and BPO appears legit.  

I'm not too familiar with University Park, but in order to determine if it would make a good Airbnb, you'll want to research other similar properties (how they're priced / how often they're booked) in that area on platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, and Furnished Finder (if you're considering doing 30+ day stays, ie, an 'MTR' as well.) 

Platforms like Rentometer and Zillow can give you rent data to compare properties.Networking Locally: Reach out to agents and local investors.

I bet since you spend a week there you probably are in this 5k  now if you give up you wasted that money.

The BP platform used to have the ability to check airdna for what a property could bring in for Airbnb.
