There is no reason to be gun shy about legal issues if you simply do what is usual and customary, that's where investing begins, learning the basics of real estate, business law and basic financing.You need to fine tune your plans and act, focus on what you really need to know before you leap, but get with the related professionals, attorney, accountant, title company, insurance agent and your lender (yes still see your lender but not having a job means you'll need immediate guidance there as well).
