EV vehicles require over 80 tons of earth to be mined for their batteries.  

Those people are generally trying to better themselves, and through their life experiences they tend to have picked up the skills necessary to survive.I first learned how to weld with 3 car batteries hooked up in a series to make a 36 volt direct current power source. 

They are all small items like patching up nail holes, changing batteries in smoke detector etc.

IMO smoke alarm & carbon monoxide battery changes were a great opportunity.

I still spent several hours putting in light bulbs, batteries in the smoke alarms and CO detectors, touching up walls, etc.My lease does not go into specific detail.

Currently I have fresh paint on the house (inside and outside), new doors (Garage and entrance), Solar Panels (10K system w/ LG Battery), and exterior aesthetics upgrades.

I am currently using Schlage and running into the issue where I have to change the batteries every 2 to 3 months I’ve tried all kinds of different batteries.
