All my friends in the area are in medicine.

I am a nurse and work full time, but wanting to explore this lovely world of investing, yet having no idea where to start (being as my education is medicine).

More importantly, volatility has driven up the delta between the Federal Funds Rate and 10-year Treasury rates and between 10-year Treasury rates and MBS rates.With the inflation numbers looking better last month (again, artificial, but that’s what people think), we're already seeing lower volatility and a drop in these deltas, resulting in lower mortgage rates. 

Not pretty, but I've used it particularly on the inside of medicine cabinets that start to peel.

From tech, medicine, marketing, even to having a 54% population with religious affiliations.

Cleveland specifically is big in medicine.

The decrease in the supply does still play an impact on the greater market in that the rental rates of the remaining supply is artificially increased above what a true market rate would be. 

Your ability to make good money in medicine is quite within your control and your ability to invest without a lot of capital or know how or time is quite limited.

I found a wonderful roommate/ rental situation for my first year in LA, but with my decent income to help me qualify for a good amount (also, my fiance is a civilian sports medicine physician) and VA loan capabilities, I want to jump into the deep end with the sharks of LA real estate.

Here in Ohio, you must ask a pharmacist for the medicine and can only buy a small quantity.
