I am looking to start small either in commercial or residential (if the numbers make sense).I can handle all of the necessary research/comps, underwriting, and generally making sure the deal makes sense, but looking for some guidance on raising the equity piece of the capital stack.

NOTE; This is skewed as I don’t look at any notes that won’t yield at least 12% at offered pricing, I don’t look at any residential notes, only commercial, and no notes under $500,000 principal balance, so most notes are eliminated before hand.
