I had initially been anti-out of state investing, but I'm sort of warming to the idea (sort of).

Nearly all association bylaws have an anti-nuisance provision that prohibits people from disturbing neighbors.  

The NJ Anti-Eviction Act spells out very clearly what circumstances a landlord can actually file for eviction.      

Read up on current medical cannabis laws.Jeff Sessions is rabidly anti pot and was going around capitol Hill to try and get more resources to go after growers in states where it is legal and most congress people on both sides of the aisle told him to shove it.

NYC co-ops are a great way to get more than a closet sized apartment without going bankrupt, but they are definitely seen FAR more in the City than any of the suburbs, but I, personally, am pretty anti-co-op, especially for investors.

Certainly seems like there's likely some lending or anti trust rules being violated here but I can't say for certain.

For those who are anti-guru, I say it's still a worthwhile event even if you are sure you would never pay thousands of dollars for his advanced mentoring programs.
