What if your tenant pays by ACH on Thursday and it takes the bank three business days to process the payment before the funds are due, meaning it's not cleared until Wednesday of the following week?

I like to collect rent online via ACH right to my bank account.If you have a strong property (location and it is nice), you should not have a hard time telling students you will only rent to a group.

Medicine park is a great place to invest as well as have a STR in.

We do get questions about it sometimes for charges associated with a debit card, but we do take ACH as well, so they can enter their bank information to avoid any charges if they choose.

It has a new roof, new heating, new air, water softner, security cameras, networking, and ip phone system, on top of granite counter tops, and a ice cream bar with about 5 to 10k worth of custom cabinets wood shelves for medicine display.

I replaced the vanity and all towel and toilet paper rods added floating shelves, medicine cabinet new mirror and new lights. 

This tenant prefers to mail a money order instead use an online ACH transfer.
