I'm thinking that I'll send out a message today to everyone stating that we are waving September rent.

At the end of the day at some point there is going to be a wave of evictions some will be sad but necessary due to real hardship.  

There will be a big wave of foreclosures in the beginning of the year.

Many of them dont like telling their story.In terms of the market crashing being a pm I could see it happening in low income areas bc of a wave of foreclosures from investors abandoning d grade areas bc of non paying tenants but not in better areas. 

Current line is valued at 100k but looking to get 200k+ to prepare for the expected tidal wave of foreclosures coming.  

Unless we go through a second wave of the pandemic that shuts us down, STRs will probably continue to do Ok in these non-urban vacation areas.

If you could wave a magic wand, what would your ideal "tenant report" contain?

Where is that “wave of foreclosures” we keep hearing about?

Along with the uncertainty of the Covid 2nd wave, it will be interesting to monitor closely. 

I would be able to add roughly 7 lots in the I initial wave and 20 in the second round if it goes well.
