They would be procuring cause for this sale, and will come after you for commission.

We use several sources including list source for list procurement.  

Being from the Bay area, you might not be all that familiar with how a farmer goes about obtaining either of those products, so let's just say they come from the same source, but involve very different methods of procurement. 

You'd have to be more detailed.And yes, most listing agreements will call for the agent to colect a percentage of any forfeited deposit-because a deposit is only forfeited when a buyer was procured/under contract, and then defaulted.
