One is blind. 

I am 24, and have dozens of friends who swear by the stock market and blindly throw thousands into their Scottrade accounts based on what a Yahoo finance article says.

Or to 1031 blindly i to something out of state that deosn't work out or worse. 

With the distinction being a service animal does tasks - seeing eye dog for the blind for example - and the emotional support animal provides comfort and companionship.

I can't tell you how many prospective tenants told me how nice my $150 Home Depot kitchen countertops or $4.99 window blinds were- because they were new. 

The bad: I lowered the rent by $250 a month for this tenant to help me rehab (install blind and crown) and rehab the house he lived in.   

This kind of stuff puts me in a blind rage and makes me want to flip my desk over and set the building on fire.

The same could be said for SEC enforcement officers who turned a blind eye to certain institutions in hopes of securing lucrative employment once they left the SEC, from the very people they were supposed to be regulating.

If so, do they have blinds?
