I agree cops can be trained very easily to assess the situation.. and there would be  or is stiff penalties for prop owners who illegally remove a bona fide tenant..

If you're not careful you can easily end up paying $200/mo in subscriptions without even realizing it (this has been the case with my partner and I, between video game stuff and music and entertainment, etc. etc...).

That's easily $1M in purchase value, perhaps closer to $1.2-$1.5M. 

You can easily do this on a spreadsheet, and it will take less time to track than finding and learning new software.
