Greetings, I know your post is a bit older now, but I’m in your area, South Bend/ Mishawaka and just wanted to say hello. 

I do appreciate generating attention to the post for guys that might have some advice that isn't the obvious.

With Google, Yelp, Facebook reviews as well as what is on their site and what type of content they are posting on their social media pages....

This is my first post, just looking for guidance, not sure what I need to provide, but I'm sure someone may have experience with this.Thank you!

If your bottom line is so tight that you are hand-wringing and making forum posts asking about a second colander, the problem lies with you.2.

At a minimum,  you should understand what the current zoning is and what restrictions there are.As the post above mentioned reaching out or going in person to speak with the planning and zoning department will be very helpful. 

Or if you’d be swamped by forum posts saying developer. 

Wanted to revive this post and check to see if anyone else has additional information or input on rental in Cahokia, IL / Cahokia Heights, IL . . .
