I currently have a single family rental in fox lake wi and I am looking to get into the beaver dam area for my next one.

Also there are often title insurance minimum charges.I agree with @Kevin Fox -- your best source for closing cost info is a local title company.

If you typically get your news from certain print publications or radio shows, you can look to see if they have podcasts too (WSJ, NYT, SF Chronicle, NPR, Fox News are some examples that have podcasts)  For personal interest I have lots of podcasts about financial crimes/fraud, farming/agriculture news and some other topics (I am a registered dietitian and a true crime junkie.)
