My BR cabin is a 4 bed, which I would recommend if possible. 4 bedrooms seem to do quite well as they tend to be more spacious and can accommodate more people (so nightly rates go up quite a bit).

One of the main scenarios where it does in fact make sense is your example - it might be negatively cash flowing in year 1 - but start cash flowing positively in years 2, 3 and then down the road years 5, 6, 7 (all the way to 30 is technically possible if no refi or sale) the DSCR can explode quite a bit higherAlso sharing links here to 11 articles published here on BiggerPockets all about DSCR Loans, hope these help as well!

ALL went to GOOGLE to find answers and help with the problem they were having, and after they themselves went to Google, they completely ignore the fact that they themselves went to Google to solve their problem and then they choose DMM to try to some the recipietns problem.Isn't that quite moronic?

I would wait until I do the refinancing to quit my job, and for the next refinincing I would use DSCR loans.Has anyone done that or is doing that?
