I find it kind of comical though Although when i had my HML company I have Accurant/lexus nexus and you can find all sorts of stuff with that service.. we did it to skip trace and back ground .. there was a nice module for borrower fraud detection

I spent almost an entire day explaining to a detective how this was a very simple issue that could be verified if I could access my email to establish the facts, I still had the envelope the check was mailed in which they were trying to say was irrelevant.
