I contact them again the morning they are checking out and explain to them we try to keep our cabins in tip top shape and you can see this based on past reviews but sometimes things happen that is beyond our control, nevertheless they agreed to pay a certain amount of money for a cabin with x amenities and they didn't get what they paid for and then I tell them I am going to refund XXX to attempt to make it up to them.
