Since committing to this goal of becoming a successful real estate investor, I have found several helpful resources to include BiggerPockets.com (via Podcasts).

I am looking for all of the information that I need to consider before I commit to building.

Repeatable stuff but yes you have to be committed to invest time and/or money to make it work. 

I am a long time investor in central ohio and looking for a (flip contractor) beginning to endI own several homes that need extensive updating (older rentals) I am in a rural area and getting away from rentals and want to find a contractor I can work with on several projects I have always done my own work in years past  but other commitments have made it impossible to do complete rehabs by myselfAny info wood be appreciated Thanks

Your next after commit yourself into REI career is to educate as much as you can.  

To be honest im leaning a little bit towards Coldwell banker (hpw) i have a lead, but my options are still open im not committed yet. 

I'm impressed with your commitment so far, don't let up!
