@Andy Ramos a one-month Placement Fee is industry average.- Just be careful as many companies are offering flat fees, but do NOT tell owners they may only be putting their rental on Zillow and their website, but NOT the MLS.Renewal Fees typically are flat-fee based and another one-month fee is unreasonable.
